Welcome to Laura Physio Pilates (“the Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, content, and services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Services

The Platform provides qualified healthcare and exercise to professionals with access to recorded exercise content, including injury prevention, sport-specific, and rehab exercises. Members may create exercise plans, share exercises with their own clients, and view basic engagement data (such as whether a shared link was opened).

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is limited to qualified professionals (including physiotherapists, physical educators, and similar certified professionals). By registering, you confirm that you hold the required qualifications and are legally permitted to provide exercise guidance in your jurisdiction.

3. Professional Responsibility & Disclaimer

The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content is intended for professional use only. You are solely responsible for assessing client suitability, prescribing exercises, and supervising client use. Laura Physio Pilates is not responsible for client outcomes, injuries, or damages.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

5. Content Use

All content on the Platform is owned by Laura Physio Pilates or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content and share Platform-generated exercise links with your clients. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or upload Platform content elsewhere.

6. Client Sharing & Tracking

Exercise links are for individual client use only. Clients do not gain Platform access or membership. Engagement tracking is limited to basic information (e.g., link opened) and does not verify exercise completion or outcomes.

7. Payments

Subscription prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse content, provide false information, or engage in conduct that may harm clients or the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or your professional services.

10. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
