What are the online classes about?

On these classes you are going to have a tailored training focusing in what you need according to your goals. Each person is different, and each class is different, according to what you need.

How does the class work?

On the first class I start doing an initial assessment to meet you better, understand you and your routine and to evaluate you a little bit. There is an initial physical assessment on the first or the second one to evaluate your physical health. Together we're going to set some goals for you and I produce a report. And by the end of 6 months I re-assess and I show you on a report what have you achieved with our classes.

How old should I be to be doing these classes?

The average age recommended for these classes are from 18 to 80 years old. There is an initial conversation that I do with each client to determine if the online classes are going to be what they are looking for or not.

How do they work?

The classes have a duration time of 45 min. You can do it from once a week to up to 3 times a week.

How long do I have to commit?

There is a commitment of at least 6 months so we can start seeing some results. Less than that you're not going to enjoy it because it is going to be difficult to see any results. If you want to try it out before you commit we can do two free classes as a trial to see if online classes are for you and if you are going to like it.

Which equipment is required for me to have at home?

The only thing I ask is that you have a nice space - where you can lay down and there is enough space to stretch your arms and legs fully in 2 planes. An access to a chair, a free wall in the same room, a sofa or even some sofa cushions is good but not necessary. Equipment wise: a mat, and a camera - computer or phone - to start with. Any other exercise equipment you might have at home is always welcomed. Future additional equipment can be purchased with my help.

Which type of Pilates you will be teaching?

My classes are usually MAT Pilates but if you have a reformer - or any other Pilates apparatus -  at home and you want to have someone instructing you on how to exercise on it, give me a shout, that's also another possibility.

What if I want to do it with a partner?

That is also possible but you would need to have enough space to accommodate both.

What if I don't have a fixed time to do the classes, you're a doctor for example?

Don't worry, I've worked with medical professionals before. You can have a fixed time to start with but if weekly it needs to be change due to shifts, that's entirely possible.

What if I need to travel or to take some time out on a holiday?

Our classes are calculated before your term start so we will know exactly how many classes you are going to have, including holidays, and the rate of how much you will pay will be based on that. If in any case you need to cancel a class due to an unexpected holiday, we can always re-schedule it, no problem.

Do I need to have any special app to access classes?

A WhatsApp number or a Google Meeting app either on your computer or on your phone should be enough for us to do the class.

How should I position the camera?

Overall the camera should be in an horizontal position if the exercise is on the floor, on the mat. But be prepared to maybe having to shift the camera during the class so I can still see you. This is a safety measure.
